Selling

Even if you’re not quite sure when you’ll be ready to put the house on the market, let’s start talking.  First step is for us to come through and take a tour of the property.  We’ll have some preliminary information to go over with you at that point, but nothing too official yet because we really can’t get into pricing and staging without an initial walk through.  We will take pictures during the tour, but those are for our eyes only to remind us of the features of your home.

Once we have a good look at the house, we can work up a free Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) on the property to examine home value.  After we have the CMA ready, we’ll meet again this time at our office or yours to go over the numbers side of things.  We’ll also have a list of staging items to discuss so that you can make the best first impression possible.

When we all agree that your family and the house are ready to be “on the market,” we’ll actually fill out paperwork to get the home listed.  We’ll also schedule the photographer to come out and shoot the 25 still shots and virtual tour.  We’ll hit the ground running for as few days on market as possible.
